  • Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM CST

  • The website is intended to make the reservation process as easy as possible! Select the items of interest and request a quote for FREE by clicking “checkout” and following the instructions. No credit card information need for your quote!

  • Yes. Most orders placed are delivered directly to you. Extra charges in deliveries may apply for stairs, elevator use, or any point where extra time and/or labor is involved. Extra charges will also be applied if a delivery and/or pick up is needed outside of normal business hours.

  • We deliver 1-3 days before your event based on its size and needs, with pickup occurring 1-3 days after. Same-day delivery or pickup is not standard but can be arranged for an additional cost upon request.

  • Placing an order is easy! The fastest way is to request a quote through our website, where you can browse our rental items and submit your request online. You can also give us a call to place your order directly. +1(773)949-3266

    Please note that a 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your reservation, whether you book online or over the phone.

  • Standard delivery accounts for setting up everything except chairs, tables, and linens. We leave them on dollies or stacked to set up as you would like.

    Setup prices vary depending on the size of your event. Please contact us directly for more details.

  • We typically do not unless you have the place rented several days before the event and several days after.

  • Reservations can be canceled anytime. However, the 30% down payment is non refundable.

  • We understand that guest counts can change, and minor order adjustments may be needed before your event. We recommend making any changes as early as possible, as item availability is not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • Down payment: The 30% non refundable down payment is usually paid via invoice with Credit Card.

    Outstanding balance: We collect the reminder during delivery. Cash is always prefered, but other payment options including credit card are available as well

  • Most of our rentals are priced for up to 4 days at a single rate. This means you pay the same price whether you need the item for 4 hours or 4 days.

Lopez Party Rentals shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer’s property that is in anyway connected with the use or defect of our rental equipment. Lopez Party Rentals makes no warranties as to the equipment’s fitness for any particular purpose.
